01Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

IndustrialIncentives.com, a sole proprietorship of Mohit Goyal, provides an entirely online, digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. As such, no shipping charges, couriers, or physical delivery timelines apply to any purchase made on this Platform.

02Subscription Access

On successful payment for a Pro subscription, access to the paid features is granted electronically and immediately to your registered account. There is no waiting period — paid features unlock as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment gateway. If access does not activate within a few minutes of a successful payment, please contact us using the details below.

03Application Assistance

Expert, CA-assisted application support is delivered electronically — through your account, email, and shared documents — within the timeline communicated to you before you pay the one-time application assistance fee. No physical materials are dispatched.

04Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, no access or service is activated and no charge is retained. Where a charge is debited but the service does not activate, the amount is reversed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

05Confirmation

Payment and activation confirmations are sent to the email address registered to your account. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam folder if a confirmation does not arrive.
