It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice, and does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between us and any user.

Government scheme terms, eligibility conditions, and disbursement processes are subject to change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all information against the official government notification, gazette, or administering authority before taking any action or making any investment decision.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Application assistance fees are one-time charges disclosed and confirmed before payment is collected. All fees are stated inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content without prior written permission;
• upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes third-party rights; or

8. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
